20i DKIM Setup

DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) is a widely used email authentication method that allows receiving mail servers to verify that a message was not tampered with in transit and that it truly came from your domain.

This article outlines the steps to configure DKIM for domains hosted with 20i’s email infrastructure.

20i DKIM Requirements

How to add a DKIM record at 20i

  1. Log in to your 20i control panel.
  2. Navigate to Manage Hosting and click Manage on the hosting package associated with the domain you want to configure.
  3. Select the DomainKeys icon under the Email section.
  4. Select the correct domain from the dropdown or domain list.
  5. In the Selector field, enter a custom name or value. This value identifies your DKIM record. Common selectors include default, mail, or smtp.
  6. Click Add Signature to generate the DKIM key.
  7. Add the key to your public DNS or in Sendmarc, if you’re leveraging our DKIM Managment system.
