Afrihost DKIM Setup

DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) is an email authentication method that uses cryptographic signatures to ensure messages are unaltered in transit and sent from an authorized domain.

This guide explains how to enable DKIM for domains hosted with Afrihost via cPanel.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log into cPanel.
  2. Select Authentication found under the Email Section.
  3. Click ‘Enable‘ under the DKIM section.
  4. Copy the DKIM record.
  5. Publish the TXT Record in your DNS or in Sendmarc’s DKIM Key Manager if you’re using it. It will look like the example below.
