DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) is an email authentication protocol that uses cryptographic signatures to verify that messages haven’t been altered during delivery and that they truly originate from your domain.
This guide walks you through setting up DKIM for Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration (formerly Avanan). With DKIM Management enabled, Harmony helps you authenticate your email by managing DKIM selectors and signing keys directly from the admin portal—simplifying setup and ensuring your outbound emails are properly secured.
Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration uses a managed DKIM setup. This means you won’t need to create or publish your own DKIM keys.
Instead, you’ll delegate control of your DNS records (via NS records) to Check Point. Once configured, Harmony will automatically generate and maintain the required DKIM records and sign outgoing emails on your behalf.
