DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) is a security protocol that adds a cryptographic signature to outgoing emails, verifying the sender’s domain and preserving message integrity.
This article guides you through enabling DKIM for Spotler SendPro (formerly Flowmailer), a platform that offers a robust email API with full authentication and domain control capabilities.
Navigate to Setup → Domains in the Spotler SendPro dashboard.
Click the Sender domain you want to verify.
Locate all records with _domainkey
in their names—these are your DKIM keys that must be added to your DNS or Sendmarc.
Check that all DKIM CNAME records, your SPF record, and your DMARC record are showing “OK”.
On the domain details screen:
Look for four green checkmarks:
Two for DKIM records
One for SPF
One for DMARC (do not add this record)
If all are present except DMARC, your sender domain is fully configured and authenticated.
Tip: This verification applies to the current domain only. If you use multiple domains or subdomains, repeat these steps for each one.
To update your DKIM record through Sendmarc, please refer to the Sendmarc DKIM Setup Documentation.
