DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) is an authentication protocol that uses cryptographic signatures to ensure that email messages are not tampered with during transit and truly originate from your domain.
This guide outlines how to configure DKIM for MXVault, Global Micro’s cloud-hosted email platform.
To enable DKIM signing on Global Micro (MXVault), you’ll need to contact their support. We suggest asking the question in the following manner.:
Subject: Enable DKIM Signing <domain.name.com>
Body:
Hi Global Micro, Please will you enable DKIM signing on the following domain(s): customer.domain.com Kind regards,
The support team should ask you to add a DKIM key (via a DNS entry) to your DNS. If you’re using Sendmarc for DKIM management, the keys will need to be added there.
To update your DKIM record through Sendmarc, please refer to the Sendmarc DKIM Setup Documentation.
